Dr. Shah embarked on his career in Ophthalmology in 2002 and since then he has completed 13 years in this field, till date.
In addition to MBBS, Dr. Shah holds DOMS and FGO qualifications. He has completed his post graduation from Grant Medical College, Mumbai under the tutelage of renowned eye surgeon and Padmashree awardee Dr. T P Lahane who is is presently handling the charge of Dean at Sir J J Group of Hospitals, Mumbai.
Presently, Dr. Shah is attached to Yash Madhu Eye Hospital located on Rangnath Dandekar Road, near Datta Sai temple in Sangli. The hospital, equipped with the latest and advanced tools, caters to the care and treatment needs of various eye diseases and disorders. Dr. Shah is available at the centre from Monday to Saturday between morning 9 am to evening 7 pm during which he may be consulted by patients for their concerns regarding eye ailments.
As a part of his philanthropic activities, Dr. Shah puts in his best efforts towards regularly conducting eye checkup camps, particularly in the rural areas so as to benefit the needy and the under privileged.
